The results of work were summed up on labor protection, industrial and fire safety at the Afipsky NPZ.
In 2019, a number of measures aimed at reducing the level of professional risks were implemented. Thus, a special assessment of working conditions of 299 workplaces was carried out on a contractual basis by contractor company «PromMashtest» LLC. A corresponding Declaration has been submitted to the state labor Inspectorate of the Krasnodar territory. A number of the refinery standards have been implemented. These include SISM-4.1-16-2019 "Labor protection management system in Afipsky NPZ. This is the main document describing the occupational health and safety management system.
It is developed to provide the procedures implementing mechanism and unified information support for work in the field of labor protection as well as the distribution of functions and responsibilities of process participants.
Over the past year, more than 100 of all factory instructions have been revised and updated together with corresponding structural departments. The labor protection, industrial safety and production supervision service conducted 147 inspections for compliance with labor protection requirements in structural departments.
During the year, 13 «Labor Protection Day» meetings were held. Training and certification of employees in accordance with the state requirements of the Russian Federation, as well as seminars and trainings, staff development were conducted on a regular basis at the request of structural departments. A total of 1,008 people completed their studies.
The large-scale and high-quality work on labor protection carried out at the refinery was appreciated at the highest level. In 2019, Afipsky NPZ was awarded a second place diploma of the government of the Russian Federation in the competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency" in the category " for reducing industrial injuries and occupational diseases in organizations of production section".
